Gotta get that scale going back the other way!
Today I hit shoulders. I think it has been too long since I made them part of my weekly routine.
Nick was all about it though,
DB Press
Rear Delt Fly
BB upright row
Decline Crunch
Leg Raises
Front Lat Raise
Side Lat Raise
Hoped on the scale after my shower and it read 178Lbs. I haven’t been doing my cardio like I need to.
Gotta stay focused for the next 8 weeks.
