Traps + lifting straps + Barbell = sore.
After looking at my comparison pic - (Rice8787 vs. Royboy01)… I really wanted to focus on my traps. So I got serious yesterday… picked up some lifting straps. (sorry guys, It’s the first time I’d used them) What a difference they made for me the novice lifter. The next thing I know I was into my 4th set and still lifting. I even packed on 20 more pounds and did another set.
Fast Forward to NOW.
Ouch… my traps are so sore… I’ve been mimicking Batman (turn entire torso to look left and right)
I know it’s gonna be really bad in the morning.
No pain no Traps!
