Shoulders, Shurggs, and CARDIO to cut it up!
Wow, Shoulders and Shurggs last night with 15mins of Cardio to get things going.
Today I start my 10 week cut. Along with adding cardio progressively from 15 - 25mins (3 - 5 days/week) I’m also on Meltdown (fat burner).
This morning I did 20mins of Treadmill and bike. My biggest challenge will be keeping my protein intake up around 200g per day.
