Chest and Triceps last night.
I got a good workout in last night before 10pm
Chest and Triceps.
Incline DB Press
Flat DB Press
Tricep Pull Down (cable with straight bar)
Overhead Tricep ext. (DB overhead)
Decline Press (Hammer Strength)
Cable Cross
then I took a bunch of new progress pics. These will be a good starting point to keep track of when My abs come back.
