“Are you looking at my Butt?” Leg workout
Friday, February 27th, 2009I always enjoy working my legs. The have been the one bodypart that has improved in size. Quads are great. Calves have come a long… and many ladies at work, on Myspace, and here on Bodyspace have noticed what the workouts have been doing to my rear. With that in mind, even though I was really tired, I did get to some lunges to make sure my butt was toned up.
Here’s what happened today:
Barbell Squat (2 warmup sets and then 6 working sets)
Leg Press
Seated Calf raises
Lying Leg Curl
Smith Machine split lunges
Leg Press (low weight)
Next week, I’ll put more emphasis on hamstrings.
