Leg Day today…
I’m feeling good about it.
1 serving of SuperPump then off to the gym:
Leg Ext & Leg Curl (warm up)
Leg Press
Leg Ext
Leg Curl
Stiff Leg Deadlift (smith machine)
Hamstring-Glute Raise
I couldn’t manage the rest of this workout which end with Walking Lunges supersetted with Jump Squats. So I just went to the sauna.
My big problem today was skipping breakfast and only getting 3 meals in.
Time to do it better tomorrow!
