Chest day… gotta EAT BIG!!!!
My Chest day was good today!
Had a serving of Superpump250 and picked up Nick and headed to the gym.
Incline Dumbbell (3 sets)
flat Dumbbell (4 sets)
Hammer Strength Decline Press (4 sets)
Cable Cross(4 sets)
My training is getting back on point… but my eating (diet) is still way off!
My challenge tomorrow is to get 270g of protein. For the month of January I haven’t gained any pounds. I’ve been at 179 - 182 Lbs since Jan 1. All I need to do is reach 190+ Lbs.
I hope to get some much needed encouragement from my peers here on Bodyspace.
