Shoulders and Abs
These are my weak areas. I thought I would hit them today because I needed too.
So I loaded a cup with SuperPump 250 and headed to the gym.
7 exercises and then I did 10mins on the treadmill and 5 in the dry sauna.
It was so worth it.
