1st workout
I started with Squats… just for fun
Then I did Chest day.
BBell Bench
DBell Incline
Hammer Strength Decline
Cable Cross
Dips
Then it was off to the sauna.
In Jan 08 I weighed 168lbs… by Dec 08 I weighed 182lbs. My goal is coming along nicely. Hope to put on the extra 7 LBs in the next 4 - 6wks. Toping out at 190 Lbs. Then I’ll begin cutting till my waistline is back to 30" Wish me luck.
