2 weeks no creatine…
Sunday, January 25th, 2009So I’m cycling my creatine… and It’s time for 2 weeks OFF.
I just pulled out the tape to see where I am.
My mid section is carrying most of my mass. I found an online body fat calculator (you know the one that ask you to take 4 measurements then asks for your height and weight.
Waist at narrowest point - 34" (up by 2")
Waist at naval - 35"
Hips at widest point - 39" (up by 0.5")
Neck - 15.5"
Height - 5′ 9"
Weight - 180 (my home scale weight 4 times= 182, 179.5, 180.5, 181)
It says that I’m somewhere between 20.66% and 18.97%
I’ll take the next two weeks to begin cutting… and then it’s on to Feb 9th.
