2 weeks no creatine…

So I’m cycling my creatine… and It’s time for 2 weeks OFF.

I just pulled out the tape to see where I am.

My mid section is carrying most of my mass.  I found an online body fat calculator (you know the one that ask you to take 4 measurements then asks for your height and weight.
Waist at narrowest point - 34" (up by 2")
Waist at naval - 35"
Hips at widest point - 39" (up by 0.5")
Neck - 15.5"
Height - 5′ 9"
Weight - 180 (my home scale weight 4 times= 182, 179.5, 180.5, 181)

It says that I’m somewhere between 20.66% and 18.97%

I’ll take the next two weeks to begin cutting… and then it’s on to Feb 9th.

Keep the adds coming…

I’ve been on Bodyspace for almost a year now, and recently I’ve been added by several people who don’t leave comments.

So, when I add them, I leave them a "thanks for the add."  It doesn’t bother me that they add me.  What keeps me wondering is, "Why add me if you don’t at LEAST leave a comment?"
Oh well… keep the adds coming.  I’ll confirm, if I’m online.

Today was great in the gym.  Shoulders and some Arms.

I had a protein shake and some creatine, then I picked up Nick and headed over to the gym.

Overhead barbell press
Front dumbbell raises
Side dumbbell raises
Skull Crushers (barbell tricep ext.)
Dumbbell curls
Rear delt fly (machine)
Shruggs (dumbbell)

Then the sauna.

Leg Day today…

I’m feeling good about it.

1 serving of SuperPump then off to the gym:

Leg Ext & Leg Curl (warm up)
Leg Press
Leg Ext
Leg Curl
Stiff Leg Deadlift (smith machine)
Hamstring-Glute Raise

I couldn’t manage the rest of this workout which end with Walking Lunges supersetted with Jump Squats.  So I just went to the sauna.

My big problem today was skipping breakfast and only getting 3 meals in.

Time to do it better tomorrow!

Chest day… gotta EAT BIG!!!!

My Chest day was good today!

Had a serving of Superpump250 and picked up Nick and headed to the gym.

Incline Dumbbell (3 sets)
flat Dumbbell (4 sets)
Hammer Strength Decline Press (4 sets)
Cable Cross(4 sets)

My training is getting back on point… but my eating (diet) is still way off!

My challenge tomorrow is to get 270g of protein.  For the month of January I haven’t gained any pounds.  I’ve been at 179 - 182 Lbs since Jan 1.  All I need to do is reach 190+ Lbs.

I hope to get some much needed encouragement from my peers here on Bodyspace.

Shoulders and Abs

These are my weak areas.  I thought I would hit them today because I needed too.

So I loaded a cup with SuperPump 250 and headed to the gym.
7 exercises and then I did 10mins on the treadmill and 5 in the dry sauna.

It was so worth it.

Leg Day

Got into the gym today for legs

Leg Press
Hack Squat
Seated Calf Raises
Leg Curl
Leg Press (Hi Rep + Low weight)

Then the dry sauna for a little relaxation.

1st workout of the year

1st workout

I started with Squats… just for fun
Then I did Chest day.  
BBell Bench
DBell Incline
Hammer Strength Decline
Cable Cross
Dips

Then it was off to the sauna.

In Jan 08 I weighed 168lbs… by Dec 08 I weighed 182lbs.  My goal is coming along nicely.  Hope to put on the extra 7 LBs in the next 4 - 6wks.  Toping out at 190 Lbs.  Then I’ll begin cutting till my waistline is back to 30"  Wish me luck.
