Leg Day - - Ahhhhhhhh.
So I did Legs today, and my workout partner finally joins in.
1 scoop of SuperPump 250, then I picked up Nick and headed to 24hr Fitness.

Leg Ext.
Seated Calf raises
Leg Press
Hack Squat
Smith Machine Lunges.
We finished, and I was barely able to walk.
Then 5 mins in the dry sauna.
