After 5 days of no electricity, and rationing what food was in the fridge, I began to understand what it means to be without.  Even though I live 40mi from Galveston Bay (and about 20mi north of Houston) we were still struck bad.  I’m glad the power and internet are now available.  But now I must get back to building the body I want.

The hurricane did put some things in perspective.  It made me more grateful for the things I’ve been blessed with and opened my willingness to share.

It’s all good.  Now back to the gym.
