New Week New Workout
Yesterday was a Leg (heavy) and shoulder workout:
Leg Ext
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raises
Squat
Leg Press
DB Military Press (seated) shoulders
Lateral Raises (standing)
Front DB Raises
Hack Squat
Today - my workout partner couldn’t make it in for our usual chest workout.
So I did a circuit (abs, chest, back) and spent 15 mins walking the treadmill.
Leg Raises 3 sets, 15 reps
Crunches 4 sets, 25 reps
DB Incline Press 3 sets, 15 reps - - light (I’m doing chest tomorrow)
Cable Cross 3 sets, 20 reps - - light
Hammer* machine Iso Lat Row 3 sets, 10 reps
Low Row 3 sets, 12 reps
After this I hit the sauna for 6 mins… didn’t get the sweat I’m used too. I guess I need to up my water intake.
Tomorrow I hope to do my heavy full on chest workout.
