Had to share a room with a bunch of my guy co-workers last week. I was the only black guy… and we had ONE bathroom for 10 guys… and I needed to take a shower, while the one loud-mouth bodybuilder co-worker was hogging it. So I walked into the tiny bathroom, closed the door I strip down, and squeeze in to the shower while he was brushing his teeth. And for the entire time I was in the shower he continued to make jokes, and admire my moose! Everyone one in the room could hear him cracking jokes. I just laughed it off. His physique is competition ready but it was so funny for him to be in envy of my "black mamba" as he called it. He even joked about his smaller member, and his fiance having to be satisfied with it.
Needless to say… all 10 guys now know I have a big boy.

I was in the gym today… still working on getting my strength back up.

Crunches
I sprinted on the treadmill (run & walk) for five mins.
I came home showered and took two photos just to keep a record of my progress.

After spending the week in Panama City Beach, FL I’m glad to be back in the gym. The beach was fantastic, and the water was really cold.
Today I focused on shoulders and abs. As I wasn’t following my cutting diet at all while I was out there.
And I posted some new progress pics. That always helps me stay focused, especially when it’s been a while since the last progress shot.

So I have a roadtrip to Panama City. Plenty of beach time… but hey, it will be a business trip.
I’ve been doing cardio to try and then out for a trip this July.

Afterwards, I did 7 mins in the dry sauna.
