so it’s back to the gym today
Oh my god I did so much damage to my body over the weekend and did absolutely no excercise whatsoever, well I don’t feel too guilty but I know I have to get back on track! Is it just me or does everyone go thru this when it’s a weekend? I’m fine when I’m by myself but when I’m around others I cave in and I have a serving of whatever their eating. I have a few more hours to go until I hit the gym but right now I still don’t know what I’m going to do besides my spining class. hmm what to work out??
