cardio & Lower body
Yesterday I did half an hour of excersises for my lower body, the main focus was on my butt. I’m really trying to work on the booty, I’m sure Im not the only one who wants a toned butt. The good thing was I really feel I worked my butt to the max yesteday especially in the spining class. I’ve noticed that my inner thighs have more muscle and less flab I mean theres flab there but not as much. My butt feels more toned as well. I could definately see the diffrence when I wear my jeans. I know for sure my inner thighs are looking their best ever, I think I’ve lost about 1 inch off my thighs so far.
On another note, I think I want to take Elmo for another mile but I’m not so sure, he is a small dog and ever since he got ran over I’m scared that he might injure himself if he pooshes himself too hard. He is the best running partner ever and I feel so gulty when I leave him alone and I go running by mself. But still I’m scared to push him to do more. What should I do??
Today was a good morning for me I actually got up early to workout, yeah I know who does that right? I have some weights at home stashed in a corner that i use once in a while. So yeah, I did a little bit of a chest workout that way I can continue with chest this afternoon before my spining class. I don’t know I might even do some dips. I mainly woke up to see if I can actually get up in the morinings because I’ve toyed with the idea of getting up early to go to the gym. I’m trying to see first If I can make a habit of it and then take it to the gym instead of doing a workout at home, but I first have to make sure I can wake up in the mornings.
