Runnig 4 miles and counting….
Reading someone else’s blog made me realize that i am hungry and i need to feed my body as well. I am thankful that its almost lunchtime.. I don’t know what i am going to eat as of now but it better be good. Maybe a subway sandwich, that sounds hella good.
My workout routine has consisted of running every other day and doing weights for my lower body. I am recovering from my elbow surgery so i can’t work on upper body. I feel great on my runs and as a result. I am currently running 4 1/2 miles every other day. My motivation is firming my lower body and possibly running a marathon this summer. My elbow is doing better post recovery. No weight training for me just yet, in the summer for sure.
So yeah i’m upto 4 1/2 miles and I’m really excited about that. I know that i need to start eating more everyday and eating more carbs and pasta. Because rite now im still in the office and i’m really hungry.. I feel like my insides are tearing my stomach apart…gggrr.. Ok.. im a take off now.. I have a busy day ahead of me.

when it comes to eating your carbs you should avoid it right before dinner and workout. Allow your body to burn what little fat you have and before bed your body will store it. Other then that your lower body is coming along nicely. keep it up!
