Runnig 4 miles and counting….
Wednesday, April 15th, 2009Reading someone else’s blog made me realize that i am hungry and i need to feed my body as well. I am thankful that its almost lunchtime.. I don’t know what i am going to eat as of now but it better be good. Maybe a subway sandwich, that sounds hella good.
My workout routine has consisted of running every other day and doing weights for my lower body. I am recovering from my elbow surgery so i can’t work on upper body. I feel great on my runs and as a result. I am currently running 4 1/2 miles every other day. My motivation is firming my lower body and possibly running a marathon this summer. My elbow is doing better post recovery. No weight training for me just yet, in the summer for sure.
So yeah i’m upto 4 1/2 miles and I’m really excited about that. I know that i need to start eating more everyday and eating more carbs and pasta. Because rite now im still in the office and i’m really hungry.. I feel like my insides are tearing my stomach apart…gggrr.. Ok.. im a take off now.. I have a busy day ahead of me.
