Push-ups, sit-ups, and 1 mile run
Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008Today’s morning workout included, 1 mile run, sit-ups, and push-ups. It would of been a great morning workout, except my dog tripped me when we were running and I freckin ate it. It freacking hurt, but I got up afterwards and continued running. I guess he got in front of me because he wanted to avoid a sprinkler, and ended up tripping me when he did that. Pinche dog. Yeah either than that, it was a good workout overall. This evening’s workout will be chest, so I did some push ups and sit ups, incase my friend flakes.
