I didn’t make it to my cycling class but instead I went for a quick jog with elmo and then I came home and did a quick leg workout.
3x sets of 15 dumbell squats
3x sets of dumbbell steps ups
3x sets of glute bridges
Oh and I hoola hooped for like 5 min..
I was about to take a shower when I noticed in the mirror that i’m starting to get my ab definition back.. yeah!! I guess that spining class is paying off because i really lag on working the abs.But nonetheless I’m excited. I’m more interested in toning by butt, it’s so hard. ugh I know I need to start running more but I hate running alone and elmo can’t run for that long. I know excuses excuses… talk but no action.. I need to find a dependable running partter that’s what i really need. I miss those days when I used to run in the army.. not!!
