I said I’m ready, now what?

Hi everyone.. I hope to get some feedback on how to buff up my arms.. I’m tiny as you can see and I want to stay that way.. In the past I’ve never been able to build huge arms.. but they have been thicker, so any suggestions you send my way will be welcomed!!
