It’s been a pretty long while since my last post… Not that i don’t want to keep you guys updated, just that time is precious and i’m always busy till the last second before bed time!!! SOOOOOO i’ve been working out like a maniac for the last few years and decided it was time for me to try participating in a bodybuilding show!!IDFA’s Montreal Classic on june 27th here i come!!

I’ve been followed by a trainer since february and have made some great gains!! The strict diets and hardcore workouts have really paid off!!! Before starting my cutting diet on may 17th, i had reached 230lbs at 11%bf!! 2 weeks ago i was down to 214lbs at 8.5%bf I have my appointment with  my trainer tomorrow so w’ill see how i’ve done in the last 2 weeks but i know its gonna be more great results cause i can see my body changing day after day and getting even more ripped week after week!!!!!

Its hard since i work long hours and get up very early every morning but its ooooo soooo worth it!!! A little more than 2 weeks to go LETS KEEP KICKIN ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HHEEYY ;) !!! been a few days since the last post!!  still working my ass of at work as much as in the gym!!!

the last few weeks have been a little more "regular" if that’s a word i can use in my line of work!!! Working between 60 to 70 hours a week 5 days a week, and killing it in the gym from monday to saturday!!!!! NO EXCUSE IS GOOD ENOUGH TO MISSOUT ON A WORKOUT!!!!! well for me at least :P !!

I’ve been having some great results as well lately!! while keeping my weight at 215lbs this week i have also lost 1.5% body fat in the last 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier about it!! i’ll be posting up some new pics soon!! as soon as i have a few minutes to do a small shoot!!

this is gonna be a short one cause i’m totally burned!!! long story short (cause i only fell like going to bed so i’ll make it short lol)  went to bed at 10 yesterday night got up at 2 in the morning, started work a 3am! 16 hours, 1200 kilometers, and 35tons of steel unloaded later i was back home to change to go to the gym and hit my back with all the strenght and energy i had left for a good and very intense hour!!! then got back to my place to have the last meal of the day.. prepare my meals and shakes for tomorrow and take a nice hot shower!!!

now its almost10pm and time for bed!! getting back up at 5 in the morning for another busy day!! Like the title says if thats not motivation i don’t know that is!! lol  i’m just that intense i guess hehe!!  so whatever your schedule or lifestyle if you really want it… Make it happen cause you can!!!!!!

I’ve been working the same shift for the last week, that being from 2pm till midnight but for the last two days my ******* boss has been making me work mornings too!!!!  i started at 6:30 yesterday morning but had time to go to the gym yesterday morning cause i was off from 10am till 2pm!! but today, this is my hour off, i finished delivering a haul at 11:30 this morning, had started at 7 this morning, and now i’m home to prepare the rest of my food for the afternoon cause i start again at 12:30!!! earlier than the rest of the week so i’ll be able to finish a little earlier than midnight!!  But i’ll still be going to the gym tonight and hit those weights as hard as i can!!! OOO YEAH!!!   All of this may sound complicated and trust me it can be lol, thats what trucking is all about!!!

But as you can see ii’m still motivated to completely destroy the gym every day!! and i always have energy to go even after a 13h day!! It can be hard work somedays but trust me it is very very much worth it!!!

Now you guys hit the gym!!!!! cause i have to go back to work :(    See ya ;)

Alright well first off a big HELLO to everybody here!! I’ve been surfing this site for almost 3 years now but just decided to put up my own space!! I know some people may not like me or may throw jokes at me cause yeess i am a french canadian lol but i got my dual citizenship cause my dad’s american and half my family still lives over there in the massachussets area!! anyways i like everybody here equally!! Ok now to the real point of this blog lol!!! I’ll be keeping you people as updated as i possibly can on my journey to being the best shaped trucker around!! talk to you guys soon!! have a great day and hit the gym with all your might!!!! see ya ;)
