Ok, so I am recovering from this crazy knee surgery. It will be a week ago tomorrow. I must say that I have not felt this positive about things until now. I guess this is exactly what I needed. I had been dealing with the pain for years now. Well, I am doing my therapy and can’t wait to get back in the gym completely. I have such a huge desire to compete. I have found so many woman my age that are living my dream. I am ready to live that dream too. Look out figure competitors I am coming!!

Glad to hear that you are turning this into a positive. Sounds like you are way ahead of the curve for recovery and are once again focused on competition. Keep me posted and let me know if there is anything i can do to help.
