I know things are changing but the scale is not my friend!! I’m thinking what’s going on is I’m gaining muscle faster than I’m losing fat. So maybe I need to amp up my cardio.. I need a measuring tape! lol..

Had a fantastic workout today. Lifted shoulders and arms and lifted harder than usual and felt like a freakin queen again. I missed that feeling! Aha, but now that I’ve captured it I’m hooked. I’ll be there every day beating the crap out of my body.. Unstopable!

A little tweaking my diet, consistently at the gym and things are happening! I’ve got a long way to go still but I’m trying to focus on things a day at a time, otherwise I get way depressed! lol. Anyway, yay for me! Should be no time at all. I’m not giving up this time. Too many things are happening in my life where I need this. I need my body back! Like yesterday!

So I’m going to start training for my first real competition. I’m excited and motivated but have a lot of work to do!! I’ve gained 50lbs in the last 5 years and although I’m hitting the gym a lot I’m realizing that most of my problem lies in my food intake. I’ve found an awesome site that should help me with what exactly I’ll need and what to get rid of, in my diet. I also found this lady who does little tutorials on youtube @ "chellefit"… Very inspiring. Hmm.. Anyway, I’ll be on here a lot because I want to lose these 50 in 5 months. I know that sound crazy but I can do it. A strict, clean diet and bootcamp like workouts daily should shock my body into burning this shit off!
Here we go! Oh, and I quit smoking last week.. That’s a huge accomplishment because I’ve tried to quit like 10 times in the last 5 years. XO! romney
