Whats up everybody? Well I went to go see my daughter (shes beautiful and walking now 1yo) in Chicago this weekend and I didnt have access to a gym or good food. I ate nothing but McDonalds and I feel like crap for doing so lol. I did 400 push ups total for the weekend along with 400 situps. I did my best but it really sucked not going to the gym. i felt like i was deflating by the second. So I flew out yesterday and got back around 9pm. First thing i did was grab my gym bag and head to the gym. Got a good delt/trap workout in, I wanted to cry it was burning so much. That burning sensation felt so good thought
. Todays a Back workout today so i’m gonna kill it. I took some measurements over the weekend, and i’ll take some more next month to see if i’ve grown. I’ve been slacking with the abs, but i’m not to worried about them because I have some good abs. All i need to do is take out some of the fat on the bottom layer and i should be good to go. I’ve definetly been slacking on legs and sometimes i just feel like my chicken legs wont grow
. i’m gonna try to get in legs twice a week and hopefull i’ll see some gains. Until the next blog… peaceeeeeeeeeeee
