Going Up Fast
Ok so I have now been back in th gym pretty steadily for the past two months. I cannot believe the progress I am making. I have exceeded all of my weight lifting goals so far. I wanted to reach 250lbs on the bench and I just pushed 280lbs. I am not sure if it is good to move up that fast or if it is just the hard work me and my work out partner are putting in. I am excited though.
