In the past, becoming a pro bodybuilder had always been a distant, vague dream. I had the attitude that "sure it would be cool to get there, but i dont have the potential." Recently, however, i have realized that everything that is even worth trying to do shouldnt be done unless everything you have is put into it. So i have taken the mindset that i am not going to stop training with everything i have until i reach that level. When i start anything that i believe is worth doing, i am like a bulldog in holding on to my goal until i reach it.

For a while, my training had become so complacent and pointless. I would go to the gym solely for the fact that it was just another part in my routine. Now, however, i plan all of my activities around my training, sleeping, and eating. I have also contacted Ronnie Rowland, of Aiken-South Carolina, for being my personal trainer. He trained IFBB pro Tricky Jackson from amateur to pro with the Slingshot Training System(STS). He has a book coming out shortly and all of his posts are on illpumpyouup.com. And no, i am not advertising the STS for payment or favors of any sort. I have seen all of the tremendous benefits that have come from all of Ronnie’s clients while under the program, and I myself am extremely eager to begin the program. So i will keep everyone posted of my progress.
