The Elusive Six Pack
For the first time in my life I want to gain weight; it’s always been the other way around, but with my new eating regimen I am starting to lose. Don’t get me wrong the clothes fitting better and seeing more definition is great but my goal is to gain and gain cleanly. That six pack looks great on many people but I have to say that the people who think they are to fat but are truly muscular really have nothing to worry about. I’m not convinced that size without all definition can’t be as sexy as those with it. I bring this up because I have read many comments from one to another and also the comments of those about themselves and I think there is a certain amount of needless dysmorphia out there. Please don’t miss understand I have had my share of dysmorphia over the years and when you look at it, it too serves as a catalyst for change. But I think many of us feel there is only one ideal and after a long time of looking for that six pack myself I am starting to realize sex appeal, self worth and being true to yourself is worth more than seeing every ab muscle. Just a thought!
