Started my first 30 day of Halodral

This stuff is sick I went away this weekend to Myrtle beach what funfilled golf and enjoying life weekend . We stayed up late and got up early every day when I got home on  Monday at 12 am the last thing I could think about is training later that. Before I went to the gym at 630 pm I took 4 ccs of redline and one tab of Halodrol I never trained so hard in my life when I say Never I mean never. I i did 4 sets of incline bench hitting 315 for 8 last set was 225 for 15  I di flat bench DB press 3 sets maxing with 125 lb dbs for 10 then I went to hammerstrength incline last set I drop seted 4 plates on each side for a total of 17 reps

from there I went easy dbl fly 50 lbs two sets then i did machine flys with 300 lbs for drop sts of 30

 

i didnt stop there it was time for Tris skull crushrs,dips,tri pulldowns,and tri kickbacks.

was I done yet? No over to abs and then cardio for one hell of a workout

I hope this stuff always works like this

Training for the summer

Well its that time of year again. I think I have overtrained a bit but what are you going to do. I need some suggestions on some new programs to help take this frame and rip it up. I have never been this big before and had this much muscle but now I want to take it to the next level who has any suggestionson new work out programs.

I have not felt like this in a long time. I am so sick and so weak I went to the gym yesterday and today like an idiot I lifted so hard yesterday i actually had a total of 8 plates on the hammerstrength shoulder press when I was done I felt as if I was going to die. I had a kink in my neck a slight temp and was getting hot and cold . So today what did I do you guessed it back to the gym I did cardio couldnt stop coughing i quit after 25 min I tried to lift and forget it light weight felt so hard I decided to go home I ate and am laying down i feel so much better I will stay my ass in the bed this time my body needs a break!!!! iv been to the gym 23 out of 28 days body is done what can i take to feel better  quickly

What gym do you train at??????????

What gym do you train at and why do you train there.

Does anyone train at that comunist gym Future Fitness or Planet Fitness.

I hear they are buying worlds if this is true get a membership elsewhere.

 

It;s time to take this frame and rip it the F up

O.K. guys and gals its time for me to take this 265 pds of what ever and rip it up to 230 lbs of muscle . Any suggestions please check out my progress pics and let me know what I can do with this frame . I would also like recomendatons on how to rip it up work outs nutrition and supplements.

Love you allcould really use some help I feellike I have the potential to look better this summer than in a long ass time Help me please!!!
