What gym do you train at??????????

What gym do you train at and why do you train there.

Does anyone train at that comunist gym Future Fitness or Planet Fitness.

I hear they are buying worlds if this is true get a membership elsewhere.

O.K. guys and gals its time for me to take this 265 pds of what ever and rip it up to 230 lbs of muscle . Any suggestions please check out my progress pics and let me know what I can do with this frame . I would also like recomendatons on how to rip it up work outs nutrition and supplements.

Love you allcould really use some help I feellike I have the potential to look better this summer than in a long ass time Help me please!!!

Over Training

I Have been in the gym16 out of the last 18 days and I cant get myself to take a break. I know I need to rest my body but I am having trouble taking a day off. What do you guys do when you find yourself training entirely to much.
