Monday, September 17th, 2007ever since that movie 300 came out i knew i had to get on the ball and start working out. It motivated me to change my attitude towards working out if those guys could get in shape like that in less that 3 months i know i can too all i needed was some motivation and dedication and so far i’ve been consistant and my friends and family already see results.
