Stayin on Track
Well, things are going well stayin on track…and not letting anything stoppin me now…down about 10lbs ….kinda stuck right now but I think I have put on a little muscle..have a long way to go..but its not a sprint. I have been paying close attention to my diet to see where I might need to make some changes. I am going to cut down my carbs for a few days and see I can jump start the fat lose again. I ahave been staying around 35-40% protien can crabs and around 25% fat of my daily calorie intake. I think I will up my cardo a little to some AM as well.
