Motivation
June 27, 2009I recently decided to stop messing around with the idea of body building. June 1st I committed myself to becoming a body builder and entering a competion next summer. Constantly logging into bodybuilding.com has been such a great help. I have learned so much already and been inspired by all the other people trying to achieve the same goals. Its nice to see others who arent professionals yet making progress, it really does help with the confidence. June is almost over and already I can see small progress, as long as I keep focused and keep my mind set on my goal, I believe I will get there.
