Just like them you were making a habitual choice when it came to your food. You happen to enjoy chicken and veggies. The ones who noticed your choices probably became more conscious of their own issues with weight and food. And you were the jerk who reminded them of it.

I haven't decided how much of others' poor health &amp; out of shape/overweight problems stem from ignorance, apathy or willful foolhardyness. It is amazing to see the things overweight people eat. I can't believe they're ignorant of the facts about the foods they eat. Like you said, it's a CHOICE. I've never accidentally eaten anything.......and I doubt anyone else has either.

You have too know there are type of eaters.

Some people deal with stress by eating junk food. If they feel bad about something this food just soothing the feeling.

But sometimes emotions makes you work harder in gym.

Alright there, ive read your latest and i know what your going through, last year i was in the same position. I was training every part twice a week with the intention of working towards three times a week, i also thought more is better. Surely if your training your muscles more then they're gonna grow bigger and stronger quicker. i thought that if i simply increased my food intake it would be fine. After asking other people and a little research it turns out more is less, it annoyed me doing less, but i now know that doing more is less. Muscles only grow when rested, the training rips em (too much training, not enough growing) and the rest grows em. It'll be weird for a while, but trust me your're doing the right thing.
