30.04.09 .. and wtf?
Thursday, April 30th, 2009Ok, been feeling great last month or so, workouts going well up until yet another tendon injury.. same one too, right forearm, which has slowed bicep work down and hindered back a little too. Seem to have done some damage in my right shoulder now too..no idea how.. will go easy on it for a few weeks. Depending on how things go Im thinking about adding a workout journal to get some advice on my lifts etc, will see how I am going into next week.
As a side note and the ´wtf´, all this feeling good Ive been having from some good workouts and two people in two days very sincerely have asked me if Ive lost weight cos I seem a little smaller… wot?? this lead to big ´oh nooos´ and a stupid workout considering im supposed to be resting my arm and shoulder.
All this considered Im still planning on hitting May HARD.
