So, its been a while.. Ive put on some mass since the last entry (bout time), down to but its all down to better nutritian. Recently though ive been hitting it pretty hard due to one thing.. paranoia. I wont be able to train in Feb for THREE weeks, THREE WEEKS!! 21 days. NO GYM, NO WEIGHTS. Thats the longest Ive ever gone since I started lifting. Ok, in the beggining it probably wouldnt have made any difference but now im actually getting somewhere im going to have to stop! THREE weeks off.. dont like it. So, my plan has been to push it.. eating like a starving man every opportunity..getting on as much mass as possible. Some days I feel sick (squat days). Im going to take some before and after pics to see the difference three weeks makes. I hope, not much.
