Saturday, September 29th, 2007As of next week im cutting down on my workouts. I had a good chest / tris day today, but i feel im not pushing what i could be. Will give my muscles longer recovery and see if that helps with the size too. As im eating ALL day I should keep some carbs on board instead of burning them up. All my weights are still up on last month but still not happy, not yet..
