02.06.07 - Hard to walk away.
So, after cutting my bicep routine Ive cut my tricep routine too. It was hard not to stay in the gym today, especially knowing i could, and normaly do, bust out another 6 or so sets on a good weight. As they tell me, less is more, I know it makes sense but getting it into my think head is easier said than done. Picked up a weight gainer today. Im not posting pics until the beginning of Aug so Im hoping for some big improvements.
