28.05.07 - New routine

ok, first day of new Bicep routine. Again, all out on everything so I actually felt like id still worked em pretty hard.We´ll see if it makes a diff in a couple of months.

25.05.07 - All in the Head

Ok, so after talking to the owner of my gym I think somthings finally sunk in. Im over training.. probably have been for pretty much ever. Ive read it, been told it by many, ´less is more, less is more´ What , Id think surly more is more? Anyway im obviously not giving my body enough recovery time for the amount of sets ive been doing. I train each part twice a week so next week im cutting down the sets drastically. I know its for the best but I cant help thinking if im doing less, almost half, its only half as good. I train as hardcore as possible on everything i do, i guess ive just been doing too much. Ill be paranoid as hell for the first few weeks though until i start to see im not wasting away lol . .

Went for more weight less series today. Hit 78 kilo incline(3rd set), only 7 reps though, not good enough. Im aiming for 80 kilo by summer and I thought Id get closer.  96 Kilo flat bench, 8 reps, not bad for me but want more…

Storming workout today. Felt more awake in the gym this morning than i have done for ages. Im going to change my rountine this week. One day heavies, less sets, the next as normal. Hoping to get near my 80 kilo incline this friday.
