Start of my blog. Im hoping this will give me a little more motivation. Dunno how often ill update, I can be Lazy.
Ive been ´training´ for four or so years. Started out knowing nothing (still have A LOT to learn), went through the usual periods of going to the gym to say to myself ´Ive been to the gym today´, gettin in, doing the usual sets and reps, gettin out, never pushing myself. Thats changed. Everytime Ive trained for the last 5 months ive trained to the max each and everytime. Ive also started to look at my diet, I know, a huge part of BB, but before I couldnt be bothered to count cals and values, stilll cant, but I am eating like a horse. Think im gunna have to get a high cal powder though cos i cant eat more and the weights not coming.
Training: I havent been feeling ´in the zone´ for the last couple of weeks, seem to have clawed my way back this week, all workouts went great. Im back on Deadlifts, dont remember it being this damn hard but looking at my results Ive really gotta move things up a gear.
Ive set some targets for this summer, I wanna be reppin 100 kilos bench, 80 kilo incline, and way more deadlift. Hoping for big things, we´ll see i guess.
