There was an interesting post few days back intitled Will never get where I want to be without steriods. Was interesting to see how many people here have thought about juicing.. and now with Bigger,stronger,faster opinions are being changed every day.
Ive been making gains, very slowly.. but there coming. I know im nowhere near some guys on here but I asked about competing in my gym today. The guy has trained Spanish champions and regional for many years. The conclusion is without the $$ to pay and without doping theres no point and no way. There are no test here for it as apparantly its too expensive to test for. That was a bit of a blow to be honest. Ive thought about using for a little boost but wouldnt even think about it if I were to compete.. defeats the whole point for me. There are no natural events in the region either as most who compete are juicing, and without the tests , they win.. so why train natural if youre going to compete.. madness. It took bit away from me but gave me some motivation to prove him wrong.. i know that aint gunna happen but was good workout nontheless.

End of week one on new diet which is basically EAT MORE. Double the shake intake, another meat n´pasta meal plus a couple more snacks throughout the afternoon. I love food and didnt think it would be this hard to actually eat this quantity. I never thought eating was going to be harder than the training.

Im Back! Ok, so visually 3 weeks off training hasnt make a whole lot of difference .. Hit the gym today.. thought my arms were going to drop off.. just couldnt get those sets of 21s out in the end. However this has motivated me more, by the end of March I wanna be way over my old weights.. will see…

So, its been a while.. Ive put on some mass since the last entry (bout time), down to but its all down to better nutritian. Recently though ive been hitting it pretty hard due to one thing.. paranoia. I wont be able to train in Feb for THREE weeks, THREE WEEKS!! 21 days. NO GYM, NO WEIGHTS. Thats the longest Ive ever gone since I started lifting. Ok, in the beggining it probably wouldnt have made any difference but now im actually getting somewhere im going to have to stop! THREE weeks off.. dont like it. So, my plan has been to push it.. eating like a starving man every opportunity..getting on as much mass as possible. Some days I feel sick (squat days). Im going to take some before and after pics to see the difference three weeks makes. I hope, not much.

As of next week im cutting down on my workouts. I had a good chest / tris day today, but i feel im not pushing what i could be. Will give my muscles longer recovery and see if that helps with the size too. As im eating ALL day I should keep some carbs on board instead of burning them up. All my weights are still up on last month but still not happy, not yet..

why is it that when im starting to be happy with my training, after all the work, all the eating, busting my ass everytime, i wake up with some freaking virus! Even the thought of food makes me wanna throw up, even drink turns my stomach, three days ive had this so far, no eating, no training. I feel shite. Just gotta ride it out and train twice as hard. . but WHYYY!!

Woke up this morning feeling completly drained, hitting the beach tomorrow so HAD to work out today. Chest and Tris. I guess those extra carbs and the fact ive cut down my workouts is starting to have an affect. As tired as I felt today I was pumping like NEVER before. Awesome workout, love it, absolutly love it! Balls to the wall, I felt JACKED to the MAX, if this IS the result of not overtraining what a dumbass Ive been al these years. To be fair ive built a good foundation but stepping it up a gear is def the way to go.

So, after cutting my bicep routine Ive cut my tricep routine too. It was hard not to stay in the gym today, especially knowing i could, and normaly do, bust out another 6 or so sets on a good weight. As they tell me, less is more, I know it makes sense but getting it into my think head is easier said than done. Picked up a weight gainer today. Im not posting pics until the beginning of Aug so Im hoping for some big improvements.

ok, first day of new Bicep routine. Again, all out on everything so I actually felt like id still worked em pretty hard.We´ll see if it makes a diff in a couple of months.
