V diet followup
Sunday, February 4th, 20072 weeks on the diet, and my weight is down to 220 lbs. I expect to gain about 5 back as water as I reintroduce carbs to my diet, but that means I lost around 10 lbs of fat. It’s amazing how much better it feels just to not have to carry that extra weight around. Now I’ve just got to make sure I don’t put it all right back on.
