2 weeks on the diet, and my weight is down to 220 lbs. I expect to gain about 5 back as water as I reintroduce carbs to my diet, but that means I lost around 10 lbs of fat. It’s amazing how much better it feels just to not have to carry that extra weight around. Now I’ve just got to make sure I don’t put it all right back on.

As I’m starting to get a lot of adipose fat built up, I’m going to run the velocity diet for the next 2 weeks. During this time, I hope to lose at least 10 lbs of fat to improve my general health and appearance. If things go well, I will extend the diet an extra week. Here is a link explaining the v-diet:
