I've tried running in recent days - jogging as part of my walking routine, and sprints at the local playground basketball court.
I've tried the running to help me decide whether I really need to "retire" from it. The sprints helped stretch the thighs and open up my lungs, but the jog was easier on my tricky right knee. Overall, the verdict is still out.
I've also tried dead lifts and squats in recent days, partial deadlifts and some full deadlifts. But my groin doesn't feel right and I'm not sure if I should keep these deadlifts up.
