Adding Size, not fat!!!
February 25, 2008Need help.
Would love to add 10-15 lbs of muscle while lose inches around my waist. My bench press is going up in weight, very happy for that. My leg workout is intense but not seeing gains in mass like I should, I leg press over 800 for 6-10 reps. Never get sore after leg day like I use too. Any sugesstions would be greatly appriciated. My diet is fairly clean, definetly getting my share of protien. Don’t know where to go from here. If you can sugest supliments or meal plans to aid in my goals, please let me know what you think. I am 6′6 and weight 245 now. would love to get to 255 and have a 32-34" waist, it is between 36-38 now.
