leg training this past sunday
leg press 6 plates total 4sets 100 reps each set
lying leg curl. pin set to 30lbs 4sets each set to 100
hack squats 4 plates total 4 sets each to 100
seated reverse curl pin set to 90lbs 4 sets each set to 100
seated calf raises 2 plates total 4 sets each set to 100
inner thigh machine pin set to 120lbs 4 sets each set to 100
outer thigh machine pin set to 120lbs 4 sets each set to 100
seated leg extension single leg each leg 4 sets to 50
standing calf raises pin set to 200 4 sets each set to 100
and between my rest periods i hit abs. crunches, jack knifes leg raises and then home i went and ate pasta. oh yah. want some, you have the workout now. go get some. can you say puke…yet? Train Hard, Play harder….Jeff
