"The gym stops for no man. It crushes the weak, leaves them behind. It weeds out the wannabes. This does not mean i can't push back. More punishment means more rewards. When it hurts, do I stop and go home or do I push through the pain and keep pushin"

Diet

Bite, chew, bite, chew, water, chew, wash everything down. Repeat. This is my system.  Listen, the toughest part isn’t the lifting, It’s not the cardio or getting up in the dark on a cold morning.  It’s the diet.  The monotony of eating, My training won’t change much.  But the eating?  It will define me…
Train Hard, Play Harder.  Jeff

Love it! So true. Anyone can get up and train in the gym, but it’s the champs that kick ass on the diet and look their best! But damn, it’s hard!

  2. WaynesWorld Says:

Absolutely if it was easy why aren’t we all getting that body we want in the time we should get it. The training is the best part.
