					<description>It causes liver damage in excess.  Just like anything else, it so happens that people think the more you take the better and end up going overboard.  My advice is don't ask on the internet because there are a lot of conflicting opinions and they aren't always well informed even if well meaning, go see a doctor.  Anyways yes creatine can cause damage but only in excess.</description>

					<description>More than likely it is temporary. It sounds like they didn't keep you overnight for acute kidney failure so all should be well. Make sure you get enough water intake and stay off the stuff for a while.</description>
