“Iron Man”??
…Well its been 2 weeks since I broke my radial head of my arm (elbow)..Good news is it was just a type I fracture with minimal displacement… It seems like I am always taking steps back with constant injures..I was at my all time best shape and conditioning at 172 pnds and maybe less than 10% body fat..I now know that was wayyy to light to be playing football at..I was giving up too much weight at every postion…But getting bck to where I was and getting even better is now my main goal..the journey should be fun and challenging..
