Started the Bulk!
I started to bulk the last week of August at 162lb. It’s now Sept 22 and I’m up to 172lb. I’m pretty ceratin at least 5 of it is simply water from the increased carbs and 1 or 2 is probobly fat, but to be up 10 pounds in 3-4 weeks is encouraging. The main differecne in my diet has been replacing tuna fish with peanutbutter and jelly, and swaping my two mid day protien shakes with 650 calorie weight gainer shakes (ON’s Serious Mass). I also eat REGULAR yogurt rather than light. These SMALL changes took my intake from 2250 cals to 3750. Just goes to show, if you plan correctly, SMALL variations in your diet can make a HUGE difference!

Great planning man! Yogurt is great. I don’t like that serious mass though, super hella thick haha. Keep stackin’ it.
